A Customer Relationship Management system or CRM is a central repository of all customer (or potential customer) and organization records as well as their associated attributes. 2 Using Thinx! CRM
The Thinx! CRM module consists of three main user interfaces:
Desktop
The Desktop page is intended to be the landing page for CRM. The page contains several widgets enabling end users to quickly find and manage contact and organization objects, manage any assigned tasks, and create or mange any personal notes. The widgets on the Desktop page will be discussed in further detail later in section 3.
